Our partner, BIA Innovator Campus aims to transform the food entrepreneurship and food tourism landscape in the West of Ireland through different initiatives such as multi-strand food incubation, scaling, and innovation supports in one location.
One of their activities is the BIA Innovator Podcast focused on disseminating their work and effort in European Projects.
They have taken the opportunity to showcase through their podcast how Hub4Food project is driving innovation and sustainability in the Atlantic food sector, particularly in marine-based products.
Representatives from BIA Innovator Campus and Teagasc provided insights into the project’s goals, the creation of a technology roadmap and database, and the exciting pilot projects and networking opportunities ahead. The podcast was addressed to SMEs, researchers, or policymakers, to show them how they can get involved and help shape the future of the Atlantic food industry through Hub4Food.
