TAGUSVALLEY – Science and Technology Park establishes itself as a entrepreneurship and knowledge transfer promoter. Through its Unit for Agrifood Knowledge Production and Transfer – Inov.linea – Tagusvalley has been able to support the Agrifood sector for more than 10 years.
Inov.linea specializations are: food processing and preservation with emerging technologies; assisted extraction and application of bioactive compounds in food products; assisted dehydration processes; development of new plant based products and valorization of regional relevant raw materials.
Inov.linea is characterized with two main aspects: the scale-up of food manufacturing processes, up
to TRL 6 to 9, and the access to new or emerging technologies.
