On Wednesday 2^nd October 2024, Hub4Food partners visited the technology centres PRAXENS and LEMPA, both also partners of the project.

The aim was to promote collaboration and the exploration of innovative solutions in food production and sustainability.

At LEMPA, they showcased their cutting-edge food testing technologies, which guarantee the quality and safety of products in the bakery sector. Their commitment to excellence is setting new standards in the industry.

The visit to PRAXENS focused on its impressive product development facilities, where they showed the equipment used for physical, chemical, microbiological and analytical testing.

These visits were crucial in strengthening the consortium’s collaboration and accelerating the common mission of transforming the future of food through sustainable practices and advanced technologies.
